In order to begin the sign up process you will need to complete an employer information form. It is imperative that you provide an e-mail address so that we can send you a link to your on-line account. Once you have completed the form you can either fax the form to (510) 661-9955 or e-mail the form to info@nodrugs.net. Once the form has been received at our office you will be contacted within 1 business day to review and complete the sign up process.
