Schlim, McCabe & Associates was founded by John R. Schlim and Leo "Tom" McCabe in 1985 for the purpose of training law enforcement officers in Drug influence and awareness. 

1984 John Schlim and Tom McCabe performed the very first "knock & talk" consensual search and coined the phrase "Knock & Talk"  SM&A began teaching classes to law enforcement officers.  Since 1985 SM&A has taught in excess of 40,000 Law enforcement officers in almost every state and several countries.

In 1994 JohnMichael Schlim, son of John R. Schlim began the Drug testing division of SM&A.  From 1994 through 2009 SM&A provided controlled substance abuse and alcohol misuse to over a thousand employers nationwide.

In 2010 No Drugs was incorporated and is now the parent company doing business as Schlim, McCabe & Associates.  We provide all types of drug & Alcohol testing services and have done so since 1994.
