Many TPA/C's (Third Party Administrator/Consortium) through their contracted laboratories offer online access to test results. No Drugs, Inc takes the online system to another level. We provide that access to every test result, even those from multiple laboratories regardless of where they are collected. Every specimen collection, Breath alcohol test and test result are included at one online site. Our online database allows organizations to maintain truly unlimited pools of employees. this allows our clients to have any number of DOT, (Department of Transportaion), PUC, (Public Utilities Commission), Petroleum field mandated and any other defining factor including sites, or stores set as separate pools included in one consortium or members of dozens of pools all at one location.

Employers are required under state and federal regulations to provide for a controlled substance abuse policy, employee training, supervisor training, testing including; Pre-Employment, Random, For Cause (Reasonable Suspicion), Post Accident, Return-to-Duty and Follow-Up testing. The California regulators also require a periodic test during permit renewal. Employers are required to provide for Substance Abuse Professional services, to allow employees to return to work, record keeping, laboratory certifications, collection site certifications and blind sampling requirements.
