FMCSA CDL $285.50 for the first year and $136.00 every year there after!

PUC/Taxi $245.50 1st year and $96.00 every year there after!

 (Includes all random, Post-Accident and Reasonable suspicion tests.  Additional collection site fees and onsite fees excluded)

As a CDL Employee you must register on the  FMCSA Clearinghouse website before you apply for a new CDL employer. 

As an Employer or Owner Operator you must register as an employer on the FMCSA Clearinghouse before January 6, 2020.

FMCSA Employers will be charged an additional $2.00 per month per CDL employee.  This fee includes;

Initial annual limited queries on each CDL employee (Additional full queries when required incur a $20.00 per person queried and reported) and reporting to the Clearinghouse of any refusal, or violation and Return to Duty.

Pre-Employment queries on CDL applicants that have assigned the employer will be charged $10.00 each.

FMCSA Owner Operators will be charged a flat rate of $40.00 per year in addition to the $96.00 per year consortium fee. This Clearinghouse fee includes;

One annual query per year and reporting to the Clearinghouse of any refusal, or violation and Return to Duty.

We charge a one time set up fee of $150.00 this includes account setup and your company policy with edits and amendments as needed.  Drug tests and Breath alcohol tests, lab based or instant results ar $62.50 each for most common panels collected at one of our 7 clinic locations.  $75.oo each if collected at one of our 6000 affiliated sites.  Consortium services (random Selections including testing fees) $8.00 per month per employee ($98.00 per year).

An owner Operator is the owner of the vehicle who also drives the vehicle.  An owner operator has no employees, and no sub-contractors.  Owner operators use a standard drug and alcohol policy as they have no employees.  Owner operators need no supervisor training.  However, Owner Operators do pay more for the FMCSA Clearinghouse program because the TPA assumes all liabilty for proper reporting.  

No Drugs Inc is a TPA.  We have accounts with every HHS certified Laboratory, Multiple Medical Review Officers, (MRO's) over 6,000 collection sites, Hundreds of mobile onsite collectors and Breath Alcohol Technicians.  Because of our volume we get discounted rates.  In turn we can pass onto our clients competitive prices and our clients only have to deal with No Drugs Inc.  Since Drug and Alcohol testing is all we do, we are knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of drug testing.  We create, or edit your company drug and alcohol testing policy, provide  the employee handbook and run your consortium all for one low fee.

No Drugs Inc is also consortium.  When an employer performs random testing on their employees the employees selectable for the random draw are considered to be in a pool.  A consortium is created when multiple pools are added together and the selection criteria is based on the total number of people in the consortium.  A consortium usually contains employees from multiple employers.

We perform 24 hours 364 days a year emergency after hours on-site mobile drug and alcohol testing.  Many employers are required to retain these services but have corporate accounts with other TPA's No Drugs Inc will set up an emergency call out account for your company for $200.00 per year.
